We currently ship within Australia. Shipping times are estimates only. Pretty Pots is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
